Cell Engineering Laboratory I

Laboratory of Cell Engineering I. is intended for the implementation of research activities in the fields of biophysics, cell and tissue engineering. Laboratory equipment is used for the preparation of cellular material and for follow-up research in the field of cell morphology monitoring, cell migration, cell and tissue electrophysiology or fluorescence measurement of cell phenomena. Research is supported by the use of specialized devices such as fluorescence microscopes and electrophysiology measuring devices, such as microelectrode arrays or fast fluorescent cameras. Bioprinter and optogenetic equipment field of activity in the field of cell engineering. The laboratory is also used for research activities in student bachelor's and master's theses.
